Refunds

Monthly plans are not refunded. A yearly plan can be refunded within 7 days of payment. An unused Pass can be refunded within 7 days of payment.

What can be refunded

A monthly Creator or Pro payment is not refunded. A yearly Creator or Pro payment can be refunded within 7 days. A Pass that has not been used can be refunded within 7 days. A Pass that has already been used for a transfer is not refunded. Studio and Business are not sold in checkout, so this page does not offer a refund path for them.

Prices exclude GST. An India checkout adds 18% GST on the checkout page. The plan starts only after the server confirms the payment. Write to [email protected] with the payment reference. The full refund text is the block below.
