Send large audio files and stems without compression

Drop WAV, AIFF, FLAC, or a full stem folder in the browser. The uploader never re-encodes audio. Free holds up to 6 GB for up to 7 days with no account.

Why producers and engineers avoid chat attachments for audio

Messaging apps and email gateways are built for small attachments, and many chat tools strip metadata or re-encode media files. When you send 24-bit/96kHz WAV stems, a mastered stereo print, or a drum sample library, every byte has to arrive untouched so phase alignment, headroom, and timecode stay intact.

On SendToAnyone, an audio file is stored as raw bytes. Whether you drop twenty individual WAV tracks or a single zipped Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live project folder, the recipient downloads the exact files you selected. If an engineer wants to verify bit-for-bit integrity after downloading, both sides can run the browser SHA-256 check on the checksum page.

Free 6 GB stem handoffs and client vocal requests

A typical multitrack mix session of 40 uncompressed WAV stems runs between 1.5 GB and 4.5 GB, which fits comfortably inside the 6 GB free transfer limit. Neither you nor the mixing engineer or artist needs an account. You pick an expiry of 1 hour, 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days, copy the link, and paste it into your studio chat or email thread.

A password encrypts the files before they leave the browser. It is not in the email. A link without a password keeps the key in the link. We cannot read those files. When you need a vocalist, session guitarist, or podcast co-host to send their recorded tracks back to you, sign in and create a request link on the receive page. They open your link in their browser and upload up to 6 GB without creating an account.

Larger sample libraries and honest platform limits

When an orchestral stem delivery, film score session, or multi-hour podcast video exceeds 6 GB, Creator raises one transfer to 50 GB and 30 days for ₹299 or $3.99 monthly or ₹3,199 or $39.99 yearly. A Pass covers one 100 GB transfer for 30 days at ₹199 or $2.49. Pro covers 250 GB per transfer, 1,000 GB stored, and 1 year for ₹999 or $10.99 monthly or ₹10,499 or $109.99 yearly, after payment is confirmed.

Team checkout is not open, and Studio and Business say Contact sales on the pricing page. There is no EU storage region picker; files sit on global cloud storage until the link expires and are then deleted. An independent operator based in India runs the service, and it is not yet certified. The upload scan checks file names and the first few kilobytes before encryption and is not a full malware scan.

Questions

Does SendToAnyone compress or normalize WAV or AIFF files?

No. The uploader stores and delivers the exact bytes you selected without any audio processing or recompression.

Can I send a whole folder of stems without zipping it first?

Yes. Use Select Folder on the home page to add all files in the directory, up to the 6 GB free cap. Zipping the folder first is still useful if you want nested subfolder paths preserved inside one archive.

Can a client upload their vocal takes to me without signing up?

Yes. Create a request link on the receive page while signed in. Your client uploads in their browser without an account.

How can the mastering engineer verify the file was not corrupted?

Both of you can compute a local SHA-256 hash on the checksum page and compare the strings.
