File transfer for an agency
Clients get a link, not a login. Your own larger sends sit on one Creator or Pro account. Team checkout is not open, so this is not a shared seat plan.

What an agency can do today
A producer can send a deck, a cut, or a stills folder from the browser. Free is 6 GB and 7 days, and the client does not sign up. When the work is larger, one person pays for Creator or Pro and sends from that account. Creator is 50 GB, 200 GB stored, and 30 days. Pro is 250 GB, 1,000 GB stored, and 1 year, and it includes projects and versioned review for that account. A Pass covers one 100 GB send for 30 days without changing the plan.
A request link is how you collect a logo, a brief, or selects. You sign in to create it. The client uploads without an account and does not see another client’s files. On free the request is 6 GB and 7 days. There is no hosted widget to drop into a client portal you built. Link to the request URL instead.
What is not for sale
Team checkout is not open. You cannot buy seats, pooled team storage, or a shared approval room. Studio and Business appear on the pricing page as Contact sales, not as a button that charges a card. Do not write a proposal that says those plans are live. There is no EU storage region to offer a client who asks where the bytes sit. Files for a cloud transfer sit on global cloud storage until the expiry you chose.
The service is not yet certified. An independent operator based in India runs it. Say that plainly if a client asks for a certificate. A grievance goes to [email protected] and is acknowledged within 24 hours. Security reports go to [email protected].
How to talk about security
A password encrypts the files before they leave the browser. It is not in the email. A link without a password keeps the key in the link. We cannot read those files.
The upload scan checks the file name and the first few kilobytes before encryption. It cannot detect every kind of malware or every pirated file. Files travel over HTTPS. Turning encryption off leaves them encrypted in transit and at rest. Prices exclude GST. An India checkout adds 18% GST. Monthly plans are not refunded. A yearly plan and an unused Pass can be refunded within 7 days.
