Send files to a client
The client opens a link. They do not create an account, install an app, or join a workspace. Free is 6 GB for up to 7 days.
- No account for the client
- Email carries the link, not the file
- Optional password, shared on another channel
- Expiry you set, up to 7 days on free
- One account, because team checkout is not open
A link the client can open
Drop the delivery on the home page. On the email tab, enter the client’s address. The message contains the download link. The file is not attached, so an inbox limit does not decide whether the delivery fits. On the link tab you copy the URL and send it in the thread you already have with them. Tell them which message to expect, and ask them to check spam if it does not arrive.
Free covers 6 GB and a link from 1 hour to 7 days. A brand kit or a short review export often fits. A full project folder often does not. Creator is 50 GB and 30 days. Pro is 250 GB, 1,000 GB stored, and 1 year. A Pass is one 100 GB delivery for 30 days and does not change your plan. The client still does not need an account on any of those.
Password and expiry
A password encrypts the files before they leave the browser. It is not in the email. A link without a password keeps the key in the link. We cannot read those files.
Set the expiry to the window the client actually needs. A one-day review can be 24 hours. A handoff they will download over a weekend can be 7 days on free, or 30 days on Creator. When the timer ends, the download stops and cleanup deletes the files from global cloud storage. Send a new link if they miss it. The old one is not reopened.
What you should not promise a client
Do not promise a shared team login. Team checkout is not open. Studio and Business say Contact sales. Do not promise that files are stored in the EU. Do not promise a certificate. The service is not yet certified. An independent operator based in India runs the site.
If the client should upload their own files to you, use a request link instead of sending a download. You sign in to create it. They upload without an account. On free, that upload is 6 GB and the request lasts 7 days. They do not see someone else’s files. Name the job in the title so a later search of your own links still makes sense. A missed download needs a new link. The pricing page lists INR and USD before checkout.

Questions
Does my client create a login?
No. They open the link in a browser.
Can I hide the file behind a password?
Yes. A password encrypts the files before upload. Share it separately. It is not in the email.
Can several people at the client share one team seat?
No. Team checkout is not open. Each person you email receives the same link in a separate message.
What if they need to send files back?
Create a request link on the receive page. They upload without an account.
