A review file and a master are different sizes
A compressed review export often fits in 6 GB and can go out with no account, on a link that lasts at most 7 days. A camera master, a ProRes timeline export, or a graded file often does not. Measure the file before you promise a time. The form will refuse a total over the plan. It will not squeeze the picture to make it fit.
Creator holds 50 GB for 30 days at ₹299 or $3.99 monthly or ₹3,199 or $39.99 yearly. Pro holds 250 GB per transfer and 1,000 GB stored for 1 year at ₹999 or $10.99 monthly or ₹10,499 or $109.99 yearly. A Pass holds one 100 GB file for 30 days at ₹199 or $2.49 and does not change the plan and does not turn review on. Studio is not a checkout option for a longer master.
Notes, versions, and the client
Put the reel name and the date in the title so a client can tell Tuesday’s cut from Thursday’s. Each link is its own transfer. Versioned review, where the status lives on a project, is on Pro and on that one account. Free and Creator stop at the download link. Team checkout is not open, so a second editor does not get a seat on your plan.
The client downloads in a browser with no account. Email them the link, not the file. A password encrypts the files before they leave the browser. It is not in the email. A link without a password keeps the key in the link. We cannot read those files. Ask them to confirm the file size after download. The checksum page hashes a file locally if you want that extra check.
Limits that protect the handoff
Pick an expiry that matches the review window. A same-day note can be 24 hours. A weekend review on free can be 7 days. After that, the link dies and the files are deleted from global cloud storage. Send a new link if the cut changes. Do not tell a client the old link will be revived.
The service is not yet certified. An independent operator based in India runs it. There is no EU storage region. The upload scan checks the name and the first kilobytes before encryption and is not a full malware guarantee. Files travel over HTTPS. Turning encryption off leaves them encrypted in transit and at rest.
