A free link downloads a file. Versioned review, with a status on a project, is included on Pro and belongs to that one account.

Two different handoffs
Send a review export with a download link when the client only needs the file. That path exists on free, at 6 GB and up to 7 days, with no account for them. It does not include a comment thread, a version list, or an approval status. If that is all you need, do not buy Pro for a feature the link does not have.
Pro adds projects and versioned review. The limit is 250 GB per transfer, 1,000 GB stored, and a link up to 1 year, after the server confirms payment. The monthly price is ₹999 or $10.99. The yearly price is ₹10,499 or $109.99. Review on that project is for the account that owns it. It is not a shared team room. Team checkout is not open, and Studio and Business are Contact sales.
What review does not include
It does not add seats. It does not move the files into an EU storage region. It does not certify the service. The service is not yet certified. An independent operator based in India runs the site. A preview is checked before it is shown. The master file is still the file you uploaded. The site does not transcode a new master for you.
A password encrypts the files before they leave the browser. It is not in the email. A link without a password keeps the key in the link. We cannot read those files.
Use the password when the cut should not be readable from the link alone. Share the password on another channel. The email does not include it.
A practical order of work
Export a small review file first and send it on a short expiry if you are still on free. After the client accepts the cut, send the master on the plan that fits its size. Creator holds 50 GB for 30 days. Pro holds 250 GB for 1 year. A Pass holds one 100 GB file for 30 days and does not turn review on. If the master and the review thread need to live together, use the Pro project rather than a stack of unrelated links.
The upload scan checks the file name and the first few kilobytes before encryption. It is not a complete detector of every unwanted file. Files travel over HTTPS and remain on global cloud storage until the expiry you set. Turning encryption off leaves them encrypted in transit and at rest. A changed cut is a new transfer, not an edit of the old link.
