A Smash alternative with a single free cap

Free here is 6 GB per transfer and a link up to 7 days, with no account. Smash’s free size, checked on 23 October 2026, is not one number.

Why their free size is not quoted as one figure

On 23 October 2026 the Smash free page and the size article said there is no file size limit, and that transfers past 2 GB wait in a queue. The pricing page card said 2 GB per transfer, with the same queue note. Paid bullets on that pricing page said there is no size cap. The size article, written 27 February 2026, said 250 GB per transfer on Pro and 1 TB per transfer on Team. That 1 TB figure is Smash’s, not a SendToAnyone allowance. This page does not choose among those readings.

The free page said no account is required to send, that a free transfer lasts 7 days, and that a password can be added. The pricing fetch did not show which plan column includes the password. Those are the statements this page is willing to repeat.

The cap on this site

SendToAnyone free is 6 GB per transfer, 6 GB stored, and a link from 1 hour to 7 days. No account is required on either side. The form refuses a total over the cap instead of placing it in a queue. Creator is 50 GB and 30 days. Pro is 250 GB per transfer, 1,000 GB stored, and 1 year. A Pass is 100 GB for 30 days and does not change the account plan. None of those rows is a Smash plan.

A password encrypts the files before they leave the browser. It is not in the email. A link without a password keeps the key in the link. We cannot read those files.

The upload does not transcode the file. A video uses the same cap as any other file. Email carries the link, not the attachment. When the timer ends, cleanup deletes the files from global cloud storage.

What this page will not claim

Team checkout is not open, so there is no shared team seat to compare with Smash Team. There is no EU storage region. The service is not yet certified. An independent operator based in India runs the site. If you need the queue behaviour their free page described, or a plan they sell that this site does not, use their product. The compare page links each figure to the page it came from.

Questions

Does Smash free have one size?

Not on the pages checked on 23 October 2026. Two of their pages disagreed, so this page prints both readings.

Is their 1 TB figure available here?

No. That figure was on Smash’s size article. Pro storage here is 1,000 GB, and only after payment is confirmed.

Will a large video wait in a queue?

No. If it fits the plan, it uploads. If it does not fit, the form refuses it.

Can I buy their team features here?

No. Team checkout is not open.
